Master Your Thoughts and
You Will Master Your Life

Science is now proving what I have been experiencing for many years: Meditating can make you happier, healthier, and less stressed. I have learned a variety of different techniques over the years, and would love to help you find which one works best for you, so you can also experience all the wonderful benefits it has to offer. In today’s society, “finding your peace” is easier said than done.

If you are someone who has tried to meditate, but you’ve come to the conclusion that you can’t because you “can’t stop thinking” – don’t worry. You certainly aren’t alone. It was challenging for me when I started too. However, after 11 years of meditating, I can assure you that anyone and everyone can meditate – you just might need some help getting started.

That’s where I come in. I can work with you to develop and establish a meditation practice that will completely transform your life experience. Science is now proving what meditators have been experiencing for years. For example, meditation has been proven to:

Improve your physical health by:

  • Increasing immune function
  • Reducing pain
  • Decreasing inflammation

Improve your emotional health by:

  • Increasing positive emotion
  • Decreasing depression
  • Reducing anxiety and stress

Improve your relationships and social life by:

  • Increasing emotional intelligence (EQ)
  • Increasing your level of compassion
  • Reducing the feeling of loneliness

Improve your productivity by:

  • Increasing your focus and attention
  • Improving your memory
  • Improving your ability to be creative

Improve your brain health and function by:

  • Increasing grey matter
  • Increasing volume in areas related to positive emotions and self-control
  • Increasing cortical thickness in areas related to paying attention

I can personally attest to everything listed above – ok, I haven’t actually seen my grey matter or cortical thickness, but I can attest to an increase in my ability to regulate my emotions, experience more positive emotions, and express more self-control. (Click here for an article with links to full study citations for the benefits listed.)

In addition to the benefits above, having a meditation practice has improved the quality of my life much more than I can put into words. Life becomes richer, deeper and more meaningful. You feel more connected to yourself and the outside world, and life is just overall – better in every way you can imagine.

Contact me today for more information about how we can create this same experience for you. I offer single-sessions or packages, and provide sessions internationally online and in-person in South Florida. I also offer personalized, recorded guided meditations that are custom-produced just for you.

How to Mindfully Deal with a Public Tragedy

I’m writing this on the heels of one of the deadliest mass shootings in modern U.S. history: the shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, FL. Being a South Florida native and current resident, this one hits very close to home. In fact, it’s the third in a series of mass shootings that

Drop the Negative Self-Talk and Love Yourself Already

You’ve heard it before, the Golden Rule: Treat others as you want to be treated. Although there are many qualities it represents, it usually signifies one quality in particular: kindness. We are told to treat others with kindness, because we want to be treated with kindness. If that’s true, why do so many of us
